I tell stories that matter.

I’m a freelance journalist and brand strategist specializing in reporting and writing, content creation and marketing, and digital and traditional PR/media relations. Throughout my five years as a storyteller, I’ve worked on impactful projects with mission-driven clients and have successfully contributed to indie pubs and media outlets: from PR campaigns showcasing transformative technologies in fashion; an NFT project making blockchain accessible to minority women; interviewing emerging artists for Rice & Spice magazine; to reporting election results for The Associated Press.
I studied Journalism + Design at The New School, with a minor in Communication Design at Parsons. There, I was a reporter and editor for The New School Free Press, a nonfiction editor at Eleven and a Half literary magazine, and a contributor and social media manager for Her Campus’s The New School chapter. In addition, I started The Kultura – a newsletter centering around the Filipino diaspora. Funded by the Civic Engagement of Social Justice grant, The Kultura began as a Substack platform that explores the social issues and discourse around identity, culture, history, and politics.
